Foxtons sales manager jumps ship to Colliers InternationalChristopher Clare takes up position at global property firm as Associate Director for its new homes team.Nigel Lewis31st August 201801,738 Views One of Foxtons’ senior new homes sales managers has jumped ship to Colliers International.Christopher Clare is a classic Foxtons graduate having joined the company from the University of Limerick and, after starting as a negotiator, rising through its ranks to become a Regional Sales Manager, running its East London new homes team.Clare completed a degree in sports and exercise and initially worked as a fitness instructor before joining Foxtons.He moves to Colliers’ residential team as an Associate Director and the company says he will be hitting the ground running with five developments launching in September.Expertise“Christopher is a great addition to Colliers and his expertise and enterprising spirit, combined with our existing talented team of professionals, will allow us to continue to grow our residential business in West London,” says Ben Morris, head of new homes at Colliers International.“I have no doubt that Christopher will provide the highest level of leadership and expertise within this market as well as top quality advice and service to our clients.”Clare joins a company in a startlingly different place compared to his previous employer.Colliers International, which is predominantly a hotels and new homes property sales firm, reported global revenue up by 14% for the second quarter of this year and employs 13,000 people across 69 countries.
